Routed Letters & Signs

Sign Crafters of Florida can cover your every need. A sign created by cutting away from a solid material such as foam or wood is known as routing. Unlike hand-carved pieces, routed signs generally refer to CNC-routed or machine-carved signs. In addition to wood, routed signs can be made from High-Density-Urethane (HDU). This substrate weathers the elements better than natural wood. We also route (but are not limited to) acrylic, Dibond, plastics, metal laminates, Gatorfoam, aluminum, poly carb, and PVC. We are proud to add that our CNC router is in-house, saving our customers time and money. Unlike what you would get with most of our competitors, the work is done in our plant, which allows for a quicker turnaround time and saves on outsourcing fees.
